How is asparagus eaten?

  • One and a quarter of sweet red pepper cut into small pieces.
  • Red onion cut into small pieces.
  • Half a cup of cranberry vinegar.
  • Half a cup of water.
  • A tablespoon of sugar or honey.
  • A teaspoon of parsley.

How to prepare

  • Steam the asparagus for two minutes, then dip it in a bowl of cold water and drain.
  • Place the asparagus, red pepper, and onion in a plastic container with a lid.
  • Mix vinegar, water, parsley, honey, or sugar in another bowl evenly.
  • Add the vinegar mixture to the bowl of asparagus, onion, and red pepper, stir the ingredients together, and serve the dish as a cold salad.
